• Local Attorney and Former State House Member Arrested in Rome

    Former Democrat State House member, and Rome attorney Kenneth Fuller was arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail on Tuesday according to the Sheriff’s Office spokesman Jerry Duke.



    According the Sheriff’s Office, as of 5:00pm Tuesday, Fuller was in the process of being booked on a charge of felony terroristic threats and acts.  It is expected that Fuller will be released shortly.

    Mr. Fuller’s bio on the Fuller McKay Law Offices webpage states that he was a Member of the Georgia House of Representatives from 1978 to 1981, and a Member of the Georgia State Senate 1988 to 1990.
